Frogfoot Bullying - Wisdom needed

I dont think you guys quite understand the level of arrogant with these guys. A week ago I spoke to a guy called 'Kaai', an area manager of Frogfoot and he is still coming round to my place.

When I discussed the matter with a guy from EdgeFibre while they were busy with the box on my property, he was talking to me like I was something the cat dragged in; and was still shouting out the window as he was driving away about how guys like me just make life difficult for them.

They apparently have some agreement with council which allows them to act like the godfather...
Your land your space there you are the godfather's grandaddy...

Dig nice and deep all along your boundary line. Prep a bed for plants. If you cut their cable = not your problem. They must relocate.

Yes, Thanks, I am finally glad to say that my paving has been fixed, and Kaai/Frogfoot did promise to make sure that the tar also gets fixed in a proper and long term manner; so lets see.
I will report back here.
This could have been sooo much less of a painful process if there was just better communication and quality work done from the start.

Have they relocated their cables and schit outside your property boundary?

If not then do not accept it. They must shift over to municipal ground. No matter if they have to do 10 times the work.

Are you going to add any value to this thread? Or are you just going to make a noise as per the last one which needed to be closed as everyone was taking the piss at your logic.

Your post is worthless. What have you contributed except being a troll?

Life has shown me so many times that it is always better to try and find a middle ground. I am sure that companies like Frogfoot who now is on MB will learn from these threads regarding better customer service... hopefully.

For me; I will give a bit of time now to see if they keep their word on my tar repair - we are not in the middle yet.

The more important question though, is the infrastructure actually IN your ERF? and if so are they leasing the ground from you?

I see what you are saying, and it definitely is inside my erf lines. I'm taking it one issue at a time.

Well I honestly would deal with that issue first tbh..

They need to move their infrastructure to municipal land, or you will charge them for the use of your property.....

I wonder how they can mess up a lawn to badly that you have to pave it.

EDIT: And what is this bullying you speak of?

Well, like you I live in Cape Town area... Do you still water your lawn??

So they dig up the lawn in order to trench and it won't grow back because you can't water it? Seems like you are then not the only one with that 'problem'.

And the bullying?

So for what dept at Frogfoot or related do you work?

Nope, shill allegations are not going to work with me. :crylaugh: My Internet is Vumatel and AfriHost (which would make some people kotz, but works fine for me).

Care to answer?

First be honest about your agenda ;)

Where was I not honest? LMAO. No, I have nothing to do with Frogfoot or any other ISP for that matter, except Vumatel who is the fiber provider, and AfriHost, who is my ISP :crylaugh:

Honest enough?
