Frogfoot performance issues in George

I go down daily in Port Elizabeth. Normally when I wake up after 6AM it's to find the Internet ONT is all green, but nothing's happening. Resulting in a reboot of the ONT.
Not even downloading at night so it's not like the line is in use!
 
Packetloss was specifically last night. Haven't been monitoring much lately as can't be arsed, but noticed the connection was really bad so went and ran Pingtracer.
