Creating this thread to try and keep track of the clownshow that is Frogfoot. Down 30 hours now across WC and apparently also EC. (all in the CoolIdeas thread)

Boswell-Wilkie level stuff here. Absolute clownshow.

I hear you!
On CoolIdeas site, the following.
-- Teams are in the background continuing with isolation and resetting individual routing instances that are showing flooding with the aim of reducing service impact.

Seems that somebody is so gatvol of FrotFoot's poor service...
And FrotFoot is blaming it on the Juniper equipment.

This is today's best effort from Frogfoot. Unfortunately I don't have an alternative FNO where I am.

Thank you - Seperate thread is needed. My outage started on the 31st a few minutes to midnight. This is BS. Two days when the entire WC is affected. These clowns and Juniper.

Outage was a few minutes to midnight. This was a software upgrade.... But that's not the issue. It's going on 2 days. Same story every time. I am keeping track this is the 3rd massive Western Cape network drops in 12 months.

Attached is the last 24 hours per my router. Total mess from Frogfoot. There is no way that a major FNO should not be able sort out basic connectivity in 36 hours

I am certain 90% of the issues with Frogfoot and the Western Cape/PE region can be traced back to the Juniper switches Causing issues, how do you "identify" a bug as the cause all of a sudden. Lets hope this gets resolved soon.

Outage was well before midnight- around 23h18, possibly earlier.

Yup and everyday around midnight my Internet has issues..

This “outage " is a convenient excuse for a long term issue.

And they have the audacity to increase prices from February!
