FSRM and Ransomware

Hi,

I use FSRM on Windows Server 2008 to try and block the extensions that Ransomware uses, after reading this https://blog.fortinet.com/2016/10/31/the-first-major-update-of-cerber-4-ransomware-has-surfaced. It looks like FSRM is not an option anymore.

Fsrm has never been a proper deterrent. If anything blocking the extentions just hides the symptom of encrypted files in any proper crypto
