ftp server which package to limit upload size

Hi everyone

I have been giving task to setup a ubuntu ftp server.

I am very new to ubuntu I will be using desktop 9.04.

The main requirement I need is to limit the size of files that can be uploaded to the ftp server. Which ftp package do you guys recommended that I use that has this feature to limit size of uploads for users?
