Good day,

I got a cost of R5299/month for a 25Mbps uncapped off-net rate fibre connection from greencom.

That sounds a bit reasonable for me but I don't know what they mean by "off-net rate".

I also dont know anyone that is using greencom so I dont know how their service is.

Off-net means that there is no MFN service currently in place so MFN would need to build it out, on-net meaning already deployed in your area.
