FTTH - Brackenhurst Alberton

Does anyone have any idea when openserve will complete coverage for a small subsection of brackenhurst - Alberton that seems to have been forgotten about ?? ...(between Stander and Jackson Streets) , about 3 months back they were very busy pulling fibre on the existing Telephone Poles and i even have a termination box on the pole in my yard ... but all has gone quiet .. checking the openserve coverage website it just shows in light pink = planned coverage

Contacting openserve i just get their canned response .. "no timelines , please keep checking coverage tool"

Any ideas on the delay of lighting up the service ? ?
