There seems to be a big hype on FTTH and I suppose it is rightly so but only in the cities where the main attraction is found and the big bucks are found.
What about the rural small towns areas outside the cities, this seams to be a non existent future project that is never discussed and FTTH companies do not see fit to spend their money in our small towns so we just have to put up with the dying ADSL or LTE that in actual fact is not much of an improvement on ADSL.
Where is the future of FTTH if the small towns are left stranded with left overs...

Well, a certain cadre who recently enjoyed lunch during the lock down, and had a wonderful honeymoon experience at your expense, said late last year, that fibre was headed to the rural areas ..... so hold thumbs

Have some patience.. FTTH companies started in the big cities, because they are able to recoup their investment faster.. The big cities are not even fully covered yet by FTTH..

They will get to the small towns, as soon as their budgets allow..

Yep I hear you but it could still take ages but as you say patience...

Let Complexnet know what areas need coverage and we can see what we can do to get good internet
