Yeah that specs doesnt look bad at all and I had a look at a picture of it. Looks sweet:)

Look for reviews or ask if u can test the screen with some movies/games/whatever u want to use it for... The best screen, according to tom's hardware, is a viewsonic v19 something....

Yeah, that spec seems quite good for the money :).

Scooby Doo: It's the VX 924 if I remember correctly :p. Although you pay a premium for it.

Hi there

I had one but took it back after a few days. Makro is good that way...buy it, check it out and if you are not happy simply return it. We were not happy with their LCD's, but I think this batch might be a new range...at the price definitely worth a closer look.

Regards,

RPM

ummm u cant just say you were not happy

I did with success...they will ask a few questions, but I just said I am unhappy with it...did not do what I expected...and money back :-)

For
Sexy
Good price
Good specs

Against
I'm broke
Can't find reviews

What to do? This is going to give me sleepless nights.

This morning I ordered a Viewsonic P930 at R4199. I hope I did the right thing.

Interesting to note that the screen dimensions are 376mm x 301mm versus the Fujitsu's 410.4mm x 256.5 mm. That's 113176mm2 versus 105268mm2. So the regular 19" has a 7.5% more screen area, but you are getting an extra 9% width, useful when watching a DVD.

I hope for the price differential I'll be getting better picture quality, though!

:( Jeez, that's a seriously good price. Most places want to charge you that for the VX924. Oh well, I looked around and couldn't find the VP930 any cheaper than R4199. Maybe you could give us a link to those retail prices; save anyone else making the same mistake.
