Managing a Development team to ensure the development of exceptional software within the Audit Software division.

· Be able to both manage and work within in a team – ability to gain buy in from other parties and team members
· Conflict management and resolution skills
· Performance management of team members
· Ability to communicate with both managers and junior employees
· Interface professionally with clients when necessary

Education and Qualification

· BSC Computer science or BComm degree will be an advantage

· Management and leadership of a growing team (3-5 team members)
· Development of exceptional software to spec and to deadlines
· Management of product roadmap and lifecycle
Management Level and Details of the Management Component of this role· Management and leadership of a growing team (3-5 team members)

Management and leadership of a growing team. Team is currently 3 members but may be growing to 5 members. Current team is young and enthusiastic.

Technical competencies are imperative:
· Excellent knowledge of C#, .net, C++ and Sequel, is essential
· Experience within Microsoft Visual Studio is important
· Knowledge of the following languages will give the candidate a great advantage: asp.net; Delphie
· Must have knowledge and experience of using Visual Source Safe
