So the focus again goes to the wrong people (some tannie on Facebook), as opposed to looking at why there are so many cases of child neglect in South Africa.

Ive also seen destructive coloured communities in Gauteng, WC and Kimberley, but lets be honest, this woman had no intention of pointing this out as a social phenomenon that needs to be addressed. There was nothing virtuous about her statement.
