I was actually referring to that pic. That is surely not futuristic. Probably Africa's idea of Futuristic.

ABSA being "futuristic" means they have figured out a way to bill you for services that they may provide in the future...oh, wait.

I also closed my ABSA accounts after 20 years. FNB FTW.

Wow, pure marketing BS for a slight revamp of a branch to not look completely outdated. So you put in a less rubbish queuing system, innovation is where exactly? Maybe spend some money on fixing your abysmal OTP system to actually send the SMS BEFORE my login times out so I don't need to go to the damn branch!
