Seems their client service representatives now have the ability to lookup application status etc

See, told you they'd improve... I bet you they have login information as well (if not, probably soon)

Nobody on this list seems to have gotten connected yet
 
Well, when I called he said they definatly received my application and that they're working through a whole backlog of applications, they called me yesterday, apparently didn't receive the copy of my ID, or I could have had the modem delivered today probably, so lets hope for BEFORE friday :)
