Galaxy Nexus expercience

Hi guys. I am thinking of getting myself a Galaxy Nexus as it gets the latest updates from Google and the current phone(Huawei U8800) I'm on is giving me a lot op problems. I just want hear from the people who have the the Galaxy Nexus, is it a good phone in terms of battery and performance and would you recommend it. Thanks.

I love my nexus.

Project butter makes the UI more fluid than the S3.
Awesome notifications system,
Love the stock google UI
google now (although not that functional here)
extremely easy to root.
Performance - the GPU isn't the best but i can still play all the games without problems, some stutter a little but nothing that would put me off buying the phone.
The screen is excellent!
Supported by google, so you know you will be getting the latest and greatest for the next few years.
Battery could be better, but its not bad.

The only reason why i would not buy one now... hardware is getting a bit outdated (dual core, sub-par GPU). But honestly, i would still buy one
