Your order was in "ORDERED" status, this means that your address was in a internal verification process.
Your order is now in "COURIER PROCESSING" which means the order will be sent to the courier and once all verification’s are done on their side and they are ready to dispatch a waybill number for your order will be received
Once the order has changed to "COURIER DISPATCH" the waybill number will be loaded into your wallet and you will be able to track the order on the website of the relevant courier company.
To see the order please open your Rewards application, click on the blue circle with the white star in it (this is in the bottom right hand corner of the screen) and this will open your wallet. In this page you will see a confirmation of your order. please click on this to see the status update, any notes as well as your waybill and dispatched date.
