Have you tried the "Enhanced voice recognition" in bixby settings ?

Basically "training" bixby on your personal pronunciation style.

Hi everyone

This morning I saw what's going on with the wireless charger.

It charges my Note up to 95% and then the blue light starts flashing.

Now according to lots of sources, the flickering blue light means that the device is incompatible or charging abnormal.

But why only when it reaches 95%?

weird, i do sometimes get the flickering blue light and stops charging, but nothing as specific as your 95% it happened often with my S8+, less so with the Note 8.... tbh honest I haven't seen it in a long time.

I'm using the one we got in the box. maybe use it for a couple of days and see if it improves at all.
Have you dropped the phone while using that case? I just worry about whether it would properly protect the device.

I dropped my s8+ face down twice from waist height.... Held my breath when picking up both times perfect protection... On tiles in lounge

there are two reasons one put a case on your phone:
1 - to keep it looking good
2 - to keep it from breaking

you can't have both, pick one ;)

Agreed, using the case from the box aswell. Protects the back, and my phone never goes face down either.

If I was planning on getting a case, then I would not have gotten the grey/silver Note 8 either as the front bezels are black.

Lol, very true. I have an Incipio case, but what I love about that in-box case is how it keeps the phones profile.

Lete switch back to it again and see how I feel.

Can someone please explain in layman's terms
When flashing official software like btu what is the difference between csc and home_csc
CSC is consumer software customisation... South Africa generally falls under XFA. Eg if you had to flash a Vodafone CSC it will come as a branded Vodafone device ie it would boot up with a Vodacom splash screen etc.

So some dont want the bloatware, so they flash a CSC from a different country that comes with less or no bloat. When i flashed the Note 8 and S8 port to the S6, i chose an Indonesian Unbranded CSC, and installed nothing but the music and email app, along with Bixby, but left the cloud things off.

I left my phone on the wireless charger overnight using the cover we got in the box. This morning the phone was at 100% with the stand displaying the green light.

It's definitely the Samsung Rugged Case then. So from now on I will just take it out of the case when using the wireless charger.
