Same here, agreed on both points! I am actually using a mix of Fingerprint and Iris scanning depending on what I feel like when I unlock, LOL, but the FPS ain't hard to reach at all. :D

Indeed! And rightly so, the Note 4 brought us to the times of Fast Charging, OIS, Screen Curves, Metal Frames, +500PPI WQHD Displays and Biometric Security.

Man, that phone was something else.
 
what does samsung put on this phone to keep the screen so shiny and new when you take it out the box, which eventually fades away, and then makes it hard to keep the screen clean?

it makes the surface a little, and i almost want to describe it as, oily??

do you guys know what i mean?
 
Oleophobic coating most likely. It generally wears off as time passes :(
 
Yeah I wish one could buy it and apply it like a wet wipe or something to rejuvenate the coating once it wears off

/furiously shakes fist at phone manufacturers
