Where did you do yours? Friend of mine went to Cresta and says there is no Samsung setup
Just waiting for her to confirm, but apparently there is no setup at the Banking Court

Check your Samsung account, for which country did you set up for originally?
You will have to change the CSC if its from a country that does not support Samsung Pay.
Did you try side loading Samsung Pay?

Got it to work !!!
Reflashed with Unbranded South African Firmware, this changes the CSC, Reset Factory Defaults, SIMs in - Voila
45 minute job , worth it
