Galaxy S4 LTE: why it's been delayed

So it takes Samsung 4 months to test whether the S4 LTE works on South African networks? :rolleyes:

Next we will hear that it will take Samsung 6 months to test whether the S5 works under South African atmospheric conditions on a Wednesday afternoon when there is a 65.7% chance of rain.
 
I've had LTE on my Xperia Z for months already. What's the problem with Samsung?
 
So glad I went for the normal S4. Would have mad me mad if my phone upgrade kept getting delayed.

I'm one of those suckers waiting for the LTE version. It's driving me up the wall! Very disappointing from Samsung. I'm now actively looking at other brands with the same spec and LTE.

My father got an S4 LTE the other day, surely it is out?
