Galaxy S4 S View Flip Case issue

Yea, mine works fine. Check if it clips properly and fold the case to the back and leave it like that for a little bit. When the case is new the cover is a bit stiff.
 
Hi all. Getting my S4 soon & want this cover with S view. Now I'm not sure after reading all the comments. I'm happy to pay premium from Samsung themselves as long as the cover functions as expected. Any comments from those who bought original covers from a Samsung store will be highly appreciated.
 
I have an original cover bought 25 April. It does not lift itself open, works perfectly
It did lift for the first week or two though until the join softened up a bit

I got one at the local vodashop. The top lifts a millimetre or two but no more than the note 2 flip cover.
 
Thanks for your input. If you hold the phone upside down does it easily flap open? I want the cover to stay closed so I'm willing to curb my decision towards a solidly closed cover with no S view.
 
Definitely will open. It has no magnet or anything.
