Syndicate was frikken awesome especially with the ability to convert npc's into team members.

I was a big fan of the older Jagged Alliance series. They lost the plot with BiA and Online. There's a newer one out called Flashback but I haven't looked at it yet.

Syndicate and Syndicate Wars were awesome games. I even enjoyed the later FPS game though it was nothing like the original gameplay save the story and scene.

That is turn based though. I tried playing that game but just can not get in to turn based games.

I have fond memories playing Commandos 2 when I was around 16. I can still recall the awesome soundtrack from some of the levels. I remember less of 3 for some reason, but remember it was slightly more difficult to beat.

Oh and then Strike Force came out in 2006 which was a totally different type of game. It was so badly rated by reviewers that still to this day I haven't even tried it.

Its not overly great but is bearable imho, but you would'nt think its from the same series of games if you play it

Just 'acquired' the game and you are right. It's not terrible. It's actually a passable shooter, but yeah, all gameplay from the previous games are absent.
