I want to play World of Warcraft, and have Fedora Core 5. Now looking at the screen below I cant see any reason not to do it... is it hard?

It is done via Wine. This means that it can vary from easy to stupidly difficult, with no reason or rhyme.
Rather go to www.transgaming.com and get Cedega. It will save you a lot of grief

Cedega costs something like $5 per month - more than reasonable.
There's a trial version as well, works for 14 days or so.
