Games with very low bandwidth usage???

Dominion...

Dominion is a text-based strategy-game, but let me warn you, It WILL take over your life (setting the alarm for 03:00 in order to send your forces to take over another player's territory, training soldiers etc...)!!!
You can google for it or find it at www.kamikazegames.com , DEFINATELY worth while (It'll only use about 1MB per hour if you switch off automatic picture-loading)

Guild Wars is very bandwidth-and-latency friendly.
About 2-3MB an hour. Is playable on 56k and GPRS.

Bullsh1t... The WOW updates can be as much as 350MB.

Lowest alround MMORPG is Runescape :p

I wasn't talking about WoW.

Thats a different game to Warcraft. A lot of people play DotA, the Warcraft map... It has very low usage and its very bandwidth/latency friendly.

Updates.. are well the 2mb map and occasionally 50mb updates to Warcraft, not that often anymore though.

The actual game bandwidth is nice, but the updates and entering new maps for the first time are killer... in a bad way.
Of course if this is your life, like it is many peoples.. then the few 100 mb's isn't all that bad over a year or so..

Starcraft 2 uses very little cap. About 1 or 5 megs max a hour. Also plays perfectly on 3G.
