Gaming chair, screen mount, DIY

Im looking to have better back support and possibly alleviate some neck strain/pain I have whilst I game so I am trying to find some not overly priced gaming chairs and a screen mount I could combine so that I can have more of a resting back posture whilst gaming vs. sitting up

Chair
I was thinking of getting one of those x rocker chairs, the sport model which is about R599 - I’m not interested in the speakers and stuff on the chair, I game with a decent set of headphones. The chair would also allow me to move between my computer room and the lounge easily
Any other suggestions or inexpensive chairs I could look at?

Screen mount
This is where I’m looking for some guidance
Im looking for a mount which I can mount a 23 inch to 32 inch screen to where it is able to stand on the floor but have the screen at eye level and adjustable to go higher angled down
If I cannot find this at a decent price I’m probably looking to go down the DIY option: have someone fabricate a bracket and then just attached one of those monitor swivel mounts, which cost about 400 bucks, to it
Has anyone seen a mount like I have described?
And
Does anyone know where I JHB I could get a bracket like that fabricated (i am not exactly sure what type of business i'm looking for here, metal fabrication? Metal 3d printing?)

gaming chairs or anything that looks like a racing car seat are terrible

I'm using a Herman Miller Embody for just under a year and I can only rave about it, I can sit in it for hours and not feel any strain

I would seriously up that budget for the chair, its actually the most important decision in any setup since its your back that will eventually pay down the line.
