Hey guys!

I need a new mouse. My Stinger is falling apart! ( http://www.cybersnipa.com/us/gaming-mice/stinger-mouse.php )

Im looking at the Roccat kone+ ( http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/input_devices/roccat_kone_review/1 ) or the Logitech G9x ( http://www.logitech.com/mice-pointers/mice/devices/5092 ).

Im also looking at the Cooler Master Inferno Gaming Mouse ( http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=3006 )

I love my stinger, but it's really time for a new one- the grips are falling off and it looks like it's shedding!

I want a new mouse that won't brake after only a year of use. This stinger is uhm over 3 years old.

Please help!

Thanks!

I'd say get the Kone+. Other than that look at the Logitech G9.

I used to have a Logitech, but I'm currently using a Cyborg R.A.T. 7. I must say, it's AWESOME. The customization is amazing, you can adjust the palm rest (and you get 3 interchangeable palm rests). 4 pinky rests that you can swap out, and obviously adjust. Your thumb rest (with 3 buttons) can also be adjusted. Needless to say, the actual mouse can be adjusted to fit your hand perfectly. Then on to the software:

The mouse has four "speed" modes that you can change on-the-fly with an up-down button. For something like Battlefield 3, I use the 2nd speed setting for normal FPS mode, the 1st setting (slower) to fly coppers, and the 3rd or fourth setting (fast and very fast) for stationary weapons that move slower. All 4 settings can be changed with the software, and can be changed with the button my the mouse wheel. Then, you have the Cyborg precision button that slows your mouse down when pressed, which can help a lot when sniping. Also a setting in the software. Oh, and then you have 3 profile modes, so you can set up your profiles as well and press one button to switch between profiles.

If you want wireless, look at the R.A.T. 9

Agree with Sundstromenator...I have the Cyborg R.A.T. 5 and its very good. I love the thumb rest, aluminum base, DPI settings button and the precision button. Mouse is super smooth and very comfortable.

I would say it makes more sense than the R.A.T. 7 since the 5 also includes adjustable weights and adjustable palm rest. You dont need a higher DPI setting than 4000 anyways and the interchangeable palm rests aren't anything special.

Also, it looks bad a$$...by far the most attractive mouse...

My wife has the Rat7, very nice but not for me. I went with the MS Sidewinder X8. I love the weight of it, fits my hand very nicely, and the buttons are just in the right place. Big bug on them is the recharge cable. It is a stupid magnetic clip that does not make proper contact after a while. Now days I just have a pile of rechargeable batteries that I continuously cycle through.

I have the CM Inferno and I just love all the stuff you can do with all the programmable buttons. Also the price is very good.
