Yeah it is. Got mine in March(ish) this year, and what a pain.

So this has been going on for 5 or so year and it's still a problem today?
I really thought they would've had sorted by now. :erm:

Just my 2 cents here,

I use to work/play on a ROG G752 , but I switch to the MSI G73 VR. Its like night and day, cause I get still get the performance that I need but the GS is way lighter then the ROG and it still has a 17 inch screen which I think is essentially for what I do.

@ Scotty I know that you are on a budget but maybe save up for some a bit higher spec. Just my thoughts on the matter...
@ Dragonfist I would wait for the reviews on new the Intel Chipset, also if its coming next year its only a month away

How about the cooling system? I heard that it's one of the features that MSI has been promoting? I am thinking to get GS 63 lol.
