Gaming Pc for 15k

Get a 7970 and save yourself a grand. A quick google search seems to indicate that the GTX770 is pretty much on par with the 7970.

The reason I am going the GTX 770 is because it will apparently perform much better in a multi gpu config than if I get the 7970.

On second thought I will think about it thanks, I am aiming for a multi GPU rig here, I will save R706 if I go for the 7970 instead and get the free games.
