And you want us to click on all those links instead of you just posting the info here?

As far as I can see those components should match, but I don't know why you'd want to get such a big PSU with such an entry level graphics card. You can do away with a Corsair CX430.

Is there reason you are going with amd?

This is the alternative to another rig running a core i5. And the big PSU is to leave enough room to be able to upgrade to a better graphics card later on.

Hi guys.

Just want to make sure about the compatibility of these components.

*Motherboard

*Processor

*Ram

*Power Supply

*GPU

Thanks.

1. What's the PC for? Gaming will be better if you lowered CPU and upped graphics card (e.d. HD6850).

2. Hyper-X RAM is a waste of money generally, rather buy cheap value RAM (from Corsair or Kingston) and you can save a bit to put towards a better graphics card/something else.

3. Those PSUs aren't too good, rather get a Corsair CX500, will run higher end single graphics card setups no problem.

4. Rather go for the HD6850 if you're gaming.

Agree with PostmanPot on all counts; RAM is overkill and GPU is entry level and inadequate for gaming at high resolutions (such as 1920x1080).

I was running 6gb hyperX ram, lasted about 5 month then started acting up, got a pair of corsair dominators which were a bit more but worth the porformance boost

I'd suggest you take this power supply

with shipping it's a tiny bit cheaper than your current choice

and i'd also suggest a 2nd hand graphics card though I'd understand why you'd rather not. Its kind of a tough decision since the 6790 does really well with dx11 games (it keeps up with more expensive cards) but gets raped when playing older games (or so I see in the reviews).

that's a bit of an exaggeration

Here's the card playing crysis warhead at 1920x1200

not too long ago that was a top of the range cards' performance.

Now you might argue that gpus are continuously getting better and you can't compare new cards to older cards but games aren't getting that much more graphics intensive.
