I know from experience with my own race that people who claim not to be racist are usually quite willing to take advantage of racist policies. I hate to burst your bubble but that type of person accounted for the majority of the white population during the apartheid years.

As far as my experience goes, if the few white people who were racist to me accounted for the majority, I wouldn't have survived to be where I am. Most white people I uncounted would have abused me in that case. This is why I changed from being "anti white".

Everyone to his own experience I guess!

You made an assumption that racism is on the decrease, I assume, based on your own experiences as a black, I assume again, non-racist you have not had much exposure to reverse-racism.

I have exposure (consequently) because some people have thought, because I'm black, I am an AA appointee and grouped under the same cloud of being perceived to be incompetent before I'm even asked my name and professional credentials.

Some people look at the car I drive and assume I'm a BEE or AA beneficiary instead of asking how I afford it.

So, as much as reverse racism affects a white person, its affects me as a competent engineer.
