Must agree going from this forum it doesnt look positive for iburst.
I decided to go ahead and just check my options. More than 2 days of waiting (so far) for a reply email after sending a sales agent my house co-ordinates and I dont want to imagine what it will be like to have a service outage of sorts with them.
Will wait for them to step up their service levels before trying it out.
