Garmin MobileXT Map updates?

I obtained a Garmin MobileXT GPS for mobiles and need to get updated South African maps. Any help in doing so and where to get the maps?

You can also get the maps from Cape Union Mart on a CD for a small fee to save on downloads. I think a CD came out recently so the maps should be fine.
