Garmin nuvi 300/350

Hi all,

My co worker received the Garmin nuvi 300/350 from UK (Birthday present)
It's loaded with UK maps and such, how does she get RSA maps on it?

Must she buy the software?
Can she download it?

What?
 
you can buy s/w online at garmap as far i remember, otherwise you can buy it any store that sells the units like outdoorware house or cape union mart
 
There is a new Garmap 2008 mapset just out, you can buy it at Cape Union Mart or similar, for R99, then you have to register and pay for the maps online to get the codes to register them. And then there are other ways of doing it if you are that way inclined ... :D

I'm looking at buying the Garmin nuvi 200w, (widescreen) for R2699 from HiFi Corp. Advise? Shud I go 4 it or buy another model ? The nuvi 200 is on special for R1999, but I like the widescreen...
