Is anyone else getting these?

I'm having them from the office, home and from a colleagues house and it's not always to the same site.

yea tis a saix/telkom international peering problem. or via their peering partners oversea.
just hit F5 for refresh and it should load..

I'm starting to these badly; Got an email from Webafrica stating that you need to use the Telkom proxy -
Server name: dsl-cache.saix.net
Port: 8080
But when I use it i get this -- >
Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control policy.

You can't use that proxy on a local only account.

that explains a lot since I got that when I tried to use the proxy too. How would I go about only enabling the proxy on my international pppoe connection if I'm using Ubuntu Hardy, a international and local route script and squid as a transparent proxy on the network?

If you can't use that proxy with a local account, which proxy can you use with a local account then, because I got that exact same error that Zabzoo got.
