I phoned these guys a few weeks ago to find out how quickly I can get online after signing up. They assured me that I will be online in a few minutes no matter what time of day i sign up even over weekends. Silly me went and believed the sales talk again. Signed up on Friday night. Couldn't get the connection going, so I phoned the support on Saturday. The guy claimed not to be technical enough to help me, so I had to wait for a techie to phone me. And guess what, still waiting!
They will probably try and sort me out today, but as I'm stuck at work I will only be able to assist from my side after hours (when there aren't any techies available). Just great!
So to anyone reading this, make bloody sure before you go and spend money on these guys. Support is obviously not one of their priorities.
