Do note that some new changes to shipping has affected many items from GearBest. The below list cannot currently be shipped with Aramex or DHL from GearBest. I am currently working with them to try find another way to ship or find out why their current shipping company cannot do these items.

RC Quadcopters, FPV Racer Drones, Microscopes & Endoscope, Tablets, Laptops, IP Cameras & Surveillance Cameras, Action Cameras, Webcamsa and Car DVR. They mentioned the issue is related to items with cameras but mobile phones have not been affected. Will give feedback here once I get it and if a resolution has been found.

Wow, that is sad. I LOVE my Dashcam which I bought from Gearbest!

Agreed. It is a major change that they did not advise me off. Busy trying to find alternatives for them to look into to ensure they can ship their range of items to South Africa. Will very badly affect their business if they don't find a solution.

The Mi Box isn't worth it at that price.It is 1500 directly from Takealot.I have seen it going for R1100 on Takealot at some point.It will at least come with local warranty.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. My ceiling price is R1200 local - waiting for Loot to get stock at that price again
