I feel for you. Was going to buy a mobile phone from them, after seeing this will opt for another supplier.Bunch of idjits.
I ordered a Huion 610 Pro v2 tablet from them on 23 November.

After some time, with no action on shipping, I opened a ticket and was told that it's no longer in stock and they are expecting new stock in early Jan.
Early Jan came and went, so I pinged support again, this time they just said it's out of stock.
I asked the support guy why it's advertised as being in stock if it's not, and they reckon that's just for reference, it's not absolute and it may not be in stock when you order.
I asked for a refund and they asked if I didn't want to replace it with something else instead, so I just said no thanks - they can't guarantee they have anything in stock, I'll rather get it elsewhere.
They suggested I get a refund to my GB wallet. Given that I am still going to get it (from Amazon), I just opted for a payout to Paypal.
I just find it hard to believe that almost 2 months go by after they've taken your money and they can't deliver, but they don't bother contacting you.
I'm likely going to lose out on the exchange rate too, but I'm highly annoyed with them.

Thanks for the heads-up.I have had the exact same experience. Placed an order on 25 Nov 2018. Upto now still hasn't been shipped. I was also told that stock will be arriving in Jan.
