Gears of War 2 thread

btw: yea i got the Classic edition Gears 1 also :) think i should rather wait till gears 2 goes classic as well, the games are very expensive vs other very important things i have to buy, like food, and toothpaste...

You're on a diet remember :p So food isn't that important.

As you have a GF ... toothpaste is always a good thing ;)

On the question of games ... it's getting tougher and tougher for the pocket to keep up :(
 
I think it's a case of just making sure you pick wisely. I know how much time I have and my budget. The only things I've preordered are Gears and Fable and between them that should last me through January.

Thats true, especially in terms of multiplay features, I hear we have quite an active GOW multiplay community, which would only grow with GOW2!

Dude, I played Gears almost exclusively for 9 months, and still occasionally go back to it :o

There are guys that haven't stopped playing it since 2006 ...

Just bought Gear of War 1 to play this weekend, can't wait to see what the fuss is about :D

Also got Tony Hawk: American Wasteland to bugger around on, and CSI: Hard Evidence for the GF..
 
Gears 1 awesome!!!! Best game ive played on xbox, Call of Duty 4 close behind!! Picked a pre played version of Lost Planet Extreme Condition....
