Gears of war error..

Good day..

Whenever I try to run Gears of war. this error keeps coming up:

C:\program Files (x86)\miscrosoft Games\geras of war\binaries\warGame-G4Wlive.exe. You cannot run the game with modified executable code. Please reinstall the game..

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Or should I rather post it on the gaming side?
 
Try set your date back a year or two and it should work. Had the exact same problem and that seemed to fix it :)

Well assuming you are not running a pirated copy re-install and download the latest patch. Its not large I think its like 6mb then apply the patch BEFORE you run the game. This is important. So remember BEFORE you run install the patch. There was some kind of digital certificate error with the game that expires after awhile.

On another note do you play it on LIVE?

In windows just double-click on the time to open Date and Time Properties (or go to Control Panel -> Date and Time). Once in there just set the date to 2008 that should work and if not try 2009. Just have to fiddle with the date to get it working.
