Just wanted to point out the excellent service I got from these guys. Seems they used to be BidorBuy sellers and recently opened a shop and service is great. I queried stock on something after hours last night and got a response at 9PM. Put through my order at 11PM and this morning just before 9 I got the shipping confirmation. I emailed support this afternoon asking them to ask them to relay instructions to couriers and they just told me the item should arrive tomorrow or at the latest Friday.

Will update once the item arrives, but this is stellar service from a company I've never heard of before now.
 
Also ordered from them before. No problems. They're pretty good! And prices for what I Was looking for were decent.

Woah, the price on that S5 is pretty damn good.
 
Oh, I almost forgot. My package arrived at noon yesterday.

Great, speedy service all around. I'm just not impressed with the poor packaging and state of the package when it arrived. I ordered a Cheerson nanocopter that I intended to give away as a gift and they wrapped the box in one layer of bubble wrap. The product works, but the package was completely crushed and presented horribly. I've now decided to rather gift the Sky Walker nanodrone I've ordered from DroneForce, because I can't give someone a gift that looks like this. It looks like someone sat on it at one point.

Going to raise it with them via email, but I won't buy from them again if this is how they send their items.
 
companies like this suck.
they should stick to it takes 2 - 3 weeks for delivery and **** you if you not happy with the packaging.
All they doing is making harder for other people who don't give a damn!!

Ordered a RAM stick from them, drove all the way to go collect and to my surprise the wrong model number was ordered and all i got was a sorry for wasting my time. No offer to order the right stick or anything, just a sorry, stick your sorries up your ass you incompetent ****ing pricks.
 
These guys are too good. Order process so far is too fast for me . Placed order, paid by EFT and within 15 minutes after payment my order was shipped. I thought Takealot was quick but this has me blown. Let's see when i recieve the goodies but so far im very very impressed
 
And there we go just received my order. About 4 hours total. Impressed!!
 
Yip I was very impressed with their service and the speed of delivery.
 
I got a pair of these for Father's Day (I got it a week earlier due to travel commitments).

The Wifey ordered it as a surprise (but used my bank card so I knew where she purchased it from) and it arrived a few days later (I think).

No issues with the service or the product thusfar. Good service.
 
I placed an order on Monday 24th. The same evening I got an email that the order had shipped with a tracking waybill number which "could take up to 12 hours to reflect".

It's the 27th today and the waybill still doesn't reflect at the courier. Contacting Geewiz is a bit of a lottery - I got through but was cut off mid conversation this morning.

Not a great 1st impression regrettably - hopefully all works out, but I think I will stick to W00tware and Takealot from whom I've always had excellent service.

Update. Credit to Geewiz, seems problem was at courier and Geewiz sorted it out, so all good.
