Ok great. Not really wanting to test the appliances connected. Just want to check the Hertz and Voltage of the generator for tweaking.

Geewiz seems to be super slow with out of stock items. Placed an order Monday only to find out an in stock item on the website is currently out of stock. have sent mails to find out an ETA from them but no responses after 3 days. Checked again and item still says its in stock..kinda bad that they don't update the product pages to reflect stock. Do not mind waiting but would love to be kept in the loop of when products i have on order would be back in stock and can expect a rough ETA to plan my day around for the couriers.
Weird - they're usually pretty good with this

Yeah previous orders around a year ago i had no issues. Item was out of stock. got a mail a few hours later saying stock would arrive at this date and it normally would. So first time i am having issues with them not sure if loadshedding the last week is affecting them still with a backlog or something!
I do apologise - we usually are super fast with responses - it does seem like the ball was dropped here - I am going to look into this right away and I will personally be ontop of it and keep you updated. I have sent through a PM
Wish more online retailers adopted this level of customer service.
Wish #2 - @GeeWiz - can't you guys organize some sort of partnership agreement with Amazon so we can finally get with the program in this country?

Just to update. Geewiz sorted it out today. seems they got the said item in stock late today and shipped the order out @ 6:30pm going the extra mile to get it Friday before weekend starts so very happy! and my thanks to the Geewiz team for sorting it out and trying to improve the process of out of stock items.

i had 4 connected on my MPPT in series, works like a bomb, 82 volts @ 5.5Amps into charge controller that then spat out >28amps @12v into my batteries
By geewiz? Yeah I saw their solar panels. Want 24v to be fed into my exiting system to charge.

no sorry elsewhere, i was running 4 x 100W in series to achieve the 82v @5.5a.With your charge controller connect it to batteries first so that it can boot up and know if it is in a 12v world or a 24v world.
Then connect your solar panels and do not overload the charger with panels.
Which MPPT controller do you have?
EDIT: PS I do not work for Geewizz, just randomly hopped onto this thread and answered your first question
I don’t have a charger. My UpS chargers them but it takes a while, hence I want solar to do it for me during the day.
