Geewiz.co.za

That is the one and see the green in stock, that's a blatant lie.

I’ve used them a a lot, great service. They are damn busy it seems lately but **** happens hey.

Have tried to give them a call or email?
I don't call people. (email was sent yes)

But I received an SMS from the courier now that it is picked up from them so that is good news guess I will get it next week.

I shop here on occasion, service been great each time, got another order I’ll be putting in in a week or 2

Are GeeWiz still affiliated with Payflex? Geewiz is listed as a partner on Payflex's website but I don't see an option to pay using Payflex on Geewiz's website.
Sorry for the delayed reply. We had some hiccups, but Payflex is back and running

Sorry about that. We definitely have in stock. Please private message me your order number if you haven't received it yet

Heya @GeeWiz since a rep is around, just want to say thanks for always providing awesome service.
Just did an order for a customer from you guys, USB stiffy drive, not exactly the kind of thing a lot of people need these days but lo and behold in stock at Geewiz, was quite pleased.

Keep doing what your doing.

I always receive great service and fast delivery from GeeWiz.

Ordered 2 x CCTV cameras on Saturday - delivered this morning.

Same, but the items I normally get from them are in stock with themselves. e.g. ordered on Sunday late and received the order on Monday (around midday).

Ive been on their website a few times today
It's slow
Taking a hammering
Not their fault at all, I guess there is more traffic there today than Takealot gets on Black Friday with all this loadshedding we're having this week

This one? I've been eye'ing a mini unit like it - but don't want to order if it's just out of stock.

Actually meh no POE... I need POE...
How big is 105Wh in Ah?

For about a year, I was impressed with geewiz products. I bought these 2 in August last year and was using one for router and other for ONT and it worked perfectly even if load shedding lasted for 4.5 hours a time.

Now, one of them hardly lasts for 2 hour. Other one (identical model) is perfectly fine and lasts for 4.5 hours easily.

To give one more try, I bought another product which is supposed to be even better if you look at power rating but this barely lasts 2 hours. I have filed return.

p.s. One could argue that current load shedding is responsible for this as there is no time to recharge but one of the device works fine and the other 2 don't (one a year old and one brand new)

Maybe you should be checking whatever you are connecting to the backup packs for a fault?
Maybe there is a short or something that is discharging the backup faster than you think?

Both are on same multiplug. I swopped their positions and swopped the chargers & output cables as well. I changed multiplug. One mini ups works fine for 4.5 hours and other one doesn''t. They are identical units bought at same time.

I bought one of those last year for my bedroom router, it never worked would leave it on charge like they said, first load shedding it would last 5 minutes, they sent another one same issue, asked them for a refund, tried it on different routers, different plugs same issue.
Though the original one I bought 3 and a bit years ago still is chucking along, though to be fair I don't know how long it will last now, as the longest it's been off is 45 minutes while they sort out something on the inverter side.

Similar issue here. I bought 2 and one still lasts for 4.5 hour for ONT but that doesn't help as the other one for router lasts only 1.5 hours now.

Ordered 2 different mini UPS's and filed requests for returns for both of them. Something seriously wrong with geewiz now.

Do you recall how many days it took them to finalize your RMA request ?
