If it's playing your stuff okay then maybe wait (assuming you'll be able to afford the high prices of R5K or so when the cards come out) but if you know you won't be able to and that card is not cutting it, maybe just get a 7900GS or preferably a 7950GT.

I used to also say wait, but that was when GF8 was coming out in September, now it's November maybe December and at high prices so hmm...

ya and the thing that will put most peolpe like me off is the super high power consumtion i mean... how many people have 800 to 1100watt power supplies??? i know that dx10 will be the way of the future but who knew the future would cost so dam much

Not me, but my hart bleeds for a card like this! The GTX industry is getting expensive...I bought my FX 7900 GT Extreme about 3 months ago (while it was still new) and now there are the FX 7950 AND 8800 GTX!!!!!
