I'll start by selling a lung and a kidney, maybe part of my liver :D

Well, if those specs are true, it'll probably be bottlenecked by every CPU out there...

But thats what we want not. No more GPU upgrades for a few new Intel rounds. Gosh where is all this going to END?

I Just acquired a Asus Maximus Formula, (Does not look to bad) in TT Aguila case (nice but will customize box), 2*1Gig OCZ platinums, ..... Now preparing to look at GPU 2*8800 GT? in crossfire?? and water cooling! Maybe BigWater 760i for starters and then a completely custom made (WaterBlocks and all) upgrade from there.

SLi ;) But yeah, come on Intel! Time to give us a few super CPUs :D

Nope, I wish. That was a slip as My heart knows what it wants but my brain knows what it can get... . Damn. There is no official drivers for the X38 and SLI! Stupid Nvidia! anyway I hate to say Crossfire it will have to be then once there is new GPU's next year that can compete wit the 8800's from "ATMD" unless we can expect a "New" single card "SLI" (dual) GPU 8800 from the masters in the GPU arena SOON (Please)!

I Edited my line in prior post. :) But I wish again as that Ultra can rather pay for all the rest I want so badly! I must thing of an excuse cos' my motherboard failed. Therefore the new setup!

I know the feeling, my previous motherboard died a few weeks ago :(

There is quite a few people now doing massive imports from overseas and I got my 65nm EVGA 8800GT for R2700-00 this way.

Just wait a few months after release and then the specials will roll on in!

The overclocked version? Or standard clocks?

I just hope we got both a very high end one and an slightly affordable one like when G80 launched and we got a 8800 gts and 8800gtx.

I also hoping for reasonable power requirements and hoping it will fit in my case.

I was lucky, I borrowed another system to try to save my system as is and XP would not boot (BSOD) (I was stupid and did not delete hardware drivers from system when I realized something is busy developing), not even repair attempt worked as the XP disk would not see the drive due to prior RAID setup. I bought this new setup and prepared to do a new installation and to my SURPRISE the system booted?????????? wrong drivers and all. Took me a while to get rid of the old cr@p but the system was retained as before I Cannot explain it as everything was replaced with new hardware except the SATA drive.

Strange, usually XP doesn't start properly when I replace motherboards. I always do a clean install after any major hardware changes. You can count yourself lucky it did work :)

The OC version!
:D

Great stuff :)
