GeForce Now signup troubles

Today I got a mail from Rain saying I can take part in the Nvidia GeForce Now beta. So I signed up on the Rain site, paid and installed the GeForce Now app, but in the app, when trying to launch a game, it tells me I need to choose a package.
This takes me to the Rain site which asks me to log in, but none of the links the app sends me to seem to be valid.
It's like they haven't finished setting everything up on the Rain site yet.
There are no further options on the Rain site when trying to manage that subscription.
The result is that it is not possible to play anything in GeForce Now yet, it seems.
Anyone else been through this and maybe has a workaround to share?

So from my account it looks like I have a GeForce Now premium subscription (see previous message).

However, if I go through the sign-up process again, it eventually takes me to my open orders, where it looks as if there is an open order:

Trying to pay just results in this error:

I'm not sure, based on the order, whether there is supposed to be a delivery involved of something involving a SIM? I don't believe I signed up for a Rain package, only the GeForce Now package.

Seems like perhaps Rain has not set up everything correctly yet.
 
Seriously though. When I read that rain had anything to do with this months ago, I did indeed lol
 
Look, it took me a bit by surprise as well, honestly. They are one of those companies that are in the throes of going through a big growth spurt, transforming from a small entity, and it's at that time in a company's lifecycle that the balls just get dropped left and right.

OK, so thanks to Rain for sorting out whatever the problem was. Everything is working great now!
 
It has been a month now and my GeForce now hasn't been working I tried calling the customer service and they keep saying that they will get back to me and they don't I paid for my GeForce and it's not even working.Every time I keep trying to login to my GeForce it says that I don't have a membership and when I checked my rain account says I do have a priority membership basically I'm paying for a service that is not working.
