In Italy you get a very hairy eyeball from the waiter if you order a "breakfast coffee" after 11am. Evidently the correct thing to order is a Latte Machiato (An espresso that has been shown a bit of milk and foam from a distance).

Morning Before the Birds chirp. When it's still Black.
Fill to brim and grind in sunbeam grinder SEGAFREDO Extra Strong whole roasted beans.
Dump whole exact resulting quantity of Ground Coffee into and prepare in BIALETTI Press.
When ready, pour 2 mugs. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and a healthy dollop of full cream milk.
Late Afternoon -Repeat as above.
Total daily consumption 4 mugs.
Tip: Hide the coffee beans from your family and hide the sugar from the maid.
