General coffee thread

We were in Vietnam and Bali earlier this month and I got to try Vietnamese and Balinese coffees. They are both delicious. Vietnamese coffee is filtered over a cup usually into condensed milk like below. I had mine black. It's good and quite strong.

Balinese coffee is finely ground coffee directly into a cup, hot water and then a milk if you want. No filtering. You drink it till you get to the sediment. Very good, quite a nutty taste. Very different from any coffee I've ever had before.

I detest those food "festivals".
Lemme guess... R200 entry fee. Nothing to show for it. Then once inside you pay a fortune at each stall for coffee and snacks..
The organizer makes $$$ from both the public and the vendors.
Siek geld maak storie.
I don’t approve of the ticket price, but it is the easiest / cheapest way to try some new coffees.
