General coffee thread

Trip to Aus was eye opening. They always brag about how they have the best coffee in the world, and they may be right. Only had decaf, of course (which costs like $1 more for the privilege).

Yeah I've tried to buy "cheaper" beans the last couple of months, but it all ends up tasting like dirt. I had some luck with Assagay Medium Roast but this last batch was horrific. Then tried another local roaster but he burned the damn stuff. Goedkoop is duur koop.

could be worse - you could be having those ones that were swallowed by some monkeys and then partially digested then pooped out to be collected so they can land in your coffee cup :coffee:🤮
