Thanks Vodacom3g .. I have just been to read that post .. and while I appreciate all the problems being experienced and ground breaking work being done and the good intentions of the vodacom staff, it still doesn't address the issue that we are paying for a service that we're not getting and that we our businesses are being compromised because of all these issues.
I wonder what would happen if I suddenly started paying "when I could" and sent vodacom a long list of all the problems in my life and an explanation of what I was doing to solve them. Would vodacom accept this in lieu of payment as that is what I am having to accept in lieu of service?
