My Pc is down....
Here's the problem

Pc goes Restarts after a while without any warnings...

Sometimes shows this error
Page fault in non page error or win32k.sys error

I Flash the HDD and clean install Xp but same error

Is it the Power Supply?...

Edit: My PC temp is normal

Hi Everyone

I would like to know how I can make my one computer automatically download windows updates so that I can reuse them for my second computer?
Instead of having to do it twice
Thanks

windows?

Windows Xp
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution
copy the folder to the second computer....
Restart and then an express installation pops up.... (Its like after you downloaded the updates)

I copy them on a flash because when I format I just restore and then Install..
Bandwidth saving:p

NB: they will be 2 files that cannot copy..... ignore them.....

Use AutoPatcher.... :D

http://www.autopatcher.com/

1) Download the APUP engine file from their website. Unzip it to a folder.

2) Run the APUP engine and select the updates you want.

3) It will download the updates from the MS Servers and store them in a local folder.

4) Run AutoPatcher.exe to update your system.

5) Copy the entire AutoPatcher folder including APUP and AutoPatcher.exe to another computer and run it there to update.

6) You can re-run APUP.exe at any time to grab and merge the latest updates. Just re-run AutoPatcher.exe again to install the updates.

@vrapt0r

You got two choices
The pro and the hackers....
your choice...
they both are legal and will not damage any files
The safe way is my way.... autopatch is a longer process

cheers

Whoops, been gone for a while :o

I updated the Hardware and Software FAQ a while ago to reflect the fact that AutoPatcher has been revived since the creation of the FAQ :)
