One of the things I have realised in this thread is the people who hate the libs follow a **** ton of them on social media.

Of course he is to you.

The truth bombs he drop on this issue must really be cutting up the left.

Actually now that you mention it, i have also realized that people who hate Trump, sure do follow a phukk load of his social media and repost it.

To the lefties, was this a race incident or police brutality?

I know if you try to go slowly in your head, you might realise that it could be both.

Your friends in the ANC seems to disagree with each other on this.

I dunno, my Soros meeting was at the same time as the ANC one, so I had to skip it. What did your friends in the KKK say?

That for me would make it even worse, that would mean a cop willfully killed someone while on duty. That still makes him a dirty cop, something I've been calling him all through this thread. On the racism thing only he will know if that was his reason, and I doubt he'd ever tell the truth.

But I don't live in America so I won't even pretend to understand their issues. I can barely understand the local mybroederbond's reasoning.
Hoe durf U! Ek het lankal gesê albei is skuldig.

Darn it, blew my cover. :X3:

Anyway, I called it long before you.

Tbh, there are people here here acting exactly as if they were at the scene from all sides, from Floyd's side and from the cop's side. My first step was to talk to a law enforcement official that knew more than me and in the US, who has had professional training (incidentally he's not white, he's the even higher IQ type). Discussing it, he stated that what that cop did was a big no-no. It's in the training, in fact advised strongly against it. Of course under extreme circumstances you're allowed to defend yourself in whatever method is appropriate. The one bit of the fact we have in video clearly shows it was not appropriate ...

But then again, Floyd was not a saint either. Sure, he was trying to change his life around (I'll bite), yet had all types of drugs in him, forged currency ...

The rest? We don't know expect for bits of video. I might have an active imagination or I might suspect I know something, but that does not make it fact. Many people do not understand the difference or care. Now a country's burning.

As for not living in the USA etc? Amen! (oh dear, now I'm gonna be a zelaot Christian broederbonder). But I also pointed that out in this thread - nobody cares to understand. So I suggest you're wasting your time. Meanwhile, in the media, things are more like "Breaking news? No problem, we fix that!"

Progressives/far right Leftists/BLM are currently dehumanizing the police and vilifying them. Police TV shows are being cancelled for crying out loud. According to some of our MyBB members, this is them acting badly in the face of accountability.

They are vilifying all the police for the actions of an overwhelming minority of bad actors.

Complains about generalisation immediately after generalising. Comically hypocritical.

Emjay said:
People will not join, they will not comply with law enforcement and the majority of police interactions will become even more hostile because all people of colour are going into them with the belief that they are being mistreated due to the colour of their skin.

Gee, sounds awfully similar to what people have been pointing out for years and years. The police don't keep these communities safe, don't solve the crimes and flagrantly abuse them with impunity.

More to trigger the racist redneck Trumptards.

A timeline of the George Floyd and anti-police brutality protests

Protests over the US police killings of Black people have spread across the US, and worldwide.

The police killing of George Floyd, an unarmed Black man, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 25 sparked protests across the United States and worldwide.

A video of the incident shows Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, kneeling on Floyd's neck for nearly nine minutes as the 46-year-old pleaded: "I can't breathe."

Following the killing, protests erupted in at least 140 US cities, with thousands of people taking to the streets against police violence. While protests have remained largely peaceful, looting, vandalism and fires have taken place in some cities. The police have also used tear gas and other non-lethal projectiles on protesters, including on peaceful gatherings.

National Guard troops were activiated in more than 20 states, and several cities imposed temporary curfews.

So you are saying it's okay to think a person's skin colour is more likely to make them a criminal if you don't act on it? But the problem is, that people do act on it, cops in the states treat black people a lot more harshly than white people because they go by the same BS that "black people just commit more crime"

N00b level stuff...? Am curious, what are your qualifications/experience in criminal psychology? I had no idea I was talking to an expert...

What's also fairly amusing is his admonition of this being "n00b level stuff", when he hasn't shown even an inkling of curiosity about any of the underlying factors or data on this topic. n00b level stuff indeed.

Meanwhile, closer to home
This reminds me of the taxi wars. Taxi drivers are supporters throwing half bricks at cops. Until somebody realized the cops where hiding behind their taxis - they were destroying their own vehicles:

As @Craig also points out in his last paragraph ... https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/george-floyd-death.1086161/page-247#post-25598731

Ooooh, sorry, this is all about outrage for the cause. So sorry. Back to burning stuff virtually. Common sense is an oxymoron.

Unfortunately it won't achieve anything because the pragmatists (on all sides, to be fair) are being drowned out by the loud, incoherent screaming from the left and right.

So I guess more of what we are seeing is the result?

Thing is, there's solid evidence that Obama's reforms helped, especially the consent decrees and de-militarization.

Then Trump's AG's rolled all of it back.

Same with the brutal farm murders. Not much in the media.
#FarmerLivesMatter

This is only 1 of them. This is 1 of the most recent. There are many more.

"Not much in the media".
